Yes. I follow ethical guidelines and use secure platforms. I only break confidentiality if there is a serious risk of harm or if legally required. We’ll cover this in the first session.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes—secure video via an encrypted platform. You’ll receive a private link before each session.

How many sessions will I need?

Some clients find 6–12 sessions helpful; others prefer open‑ended work. We’ll review regularly.
